Program Committee

We are grateful to the members of our core and extended program committee members below. This year, our core PC is comprised of researchers who have been contributing to the ICTD program (through writing/reviewing) for several years. These members will be responsible for meta-reviews as well as "outside" reviews (to ensure that the paper is readable by an external audience). The remaining PC members (our extended PC) will provide full reviews for papers and posters in their areas of expertise. This extended PC consists of members recommended by the core PC and conference organizers. We also created approximately 25 slots for individuals to voluntarily serve on the PC, to be more inclusive. We hope this will ensure that our conference is well-represented across geographies, disciplines, and epistemologies.
